Tasha Terry is the managing attorney and founder of the Law Office of Tasha Terry, PLLC. Her practice is increasingly focused on helping individuals, families, and small-business owners plan for what matters—protecting their families, preparing for the future, building businesses, and navigating the legal issues that arise when life does not go according to plan.
For Tasha, practicing law has always been about people first. She believes clients deserve a lawyer who will listen to what they are actually trying to accomplish, explain their options in language they can understand, and help them develop a practical path forward.
Arkansas Is Home
Although Tasha was born in California, Arkansas has been home since she was a toddler. She grew up in Jacksonville and graduated from Wilbur D. Mills University Studies High School in 2000.
She attended the University of Central Arkansas, graduating in 2004, and then attended the William H. Bowen School of Law while working toward her law degree as a part-time student. She earned her J.D. in 2008.
After law school, Tasha practiced in White County for ten years before opening the Law Office of Tasha Terry, PLLC in Lonoke in July 2018. The firm has since expanded to Conway and serves clients throughout Central Arkansas.
Family, Faith & Community
Family is an important part of Tasha's life—and one of the reasons she understands how personal legal planning can be.
Tasha and her husband, David, are high school sweethearts and have been married since 2000. They have two adult sons, Chase and Matthew, and a daughter-in-law, Rebekah.
David is a pastor, and Tasha serves alongside him in ministry. For the past 14 years, they have pastored in Pine Bluff, where Tasha teaches children's Sunday School and children's church.
Her commitment to children also extends into her legal and community work. Tasha serves as a domestic-relations attorney ad litem, representing children whose interests are at issue in custody cases. She also serves as an attorney ad litem in dependency-neglect proceedings, representing children who have entered foster care through the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
Tasha also serves on the Board of Directors of the Wade Knox Children's Advocacy Center.
When She's Not Practicing Law...
There is a pretty good chance Tasha is reading, deer hunting, fishing, spending time with her family—or finding somewhere to take her Jeep off the pavement.
